Recipe ingredients
- 3 cups (750 mL) coconut milk
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) chopped lemon zest
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 small hot red peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) chicken, cooked and shredded
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) fish sauce
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
In a pan, put coconut milk and add other ingredients.
Mix thoroughly, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
Suggestion
Garnish soup with coriander leaves.Origin: Thai
