Recipe ingredients

  • 3 cups (750 mL) coconut milk
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) chopped lemon zest
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 small hot red peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) fish sauce
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

In a pan, put coconut milk and add other ingredients.
Mix thoroughly, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.

Suggestion

Garnish soup with coriander leaves.
