Grilled pork fillets with sweet and sour sauce

Recipe ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 1/4 cups (310 mL) orange juice*
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) molasses
- 3 Tbps. (45 mL) each: honey* and Irresistible soya sauce*
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) Irresistible rice vinegar*
- 4 tsp. (20 mL) fresh ginger, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- Ground pepper to taste
- 2 x 1/2 lb. (225 g) pork fillets
Preparation
In a shallow glass pan, mix all sauce ingredients. Set aside 1/2 cup (125 mL) of sauce for serving.
Place pork fillets in the sauce and marinate 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the barbecue to medium.
Drain the pork fillets and place on the oiled barbecue grill. Cook 6 to 8 minutes per side or until the meat is cooked.
In the meantime, heat the sauce you had set aside.
Top fillets with sauce.
