Recipe ingredients
- Marinade
- 2 cups (500 mL) pale ale*
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistible Dijon mustard*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 white onion, sliced very thin
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 4 Red Grill Angus rib steaks
Preparation
In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add steaks and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Drain steaks and barbecue on oiled grill for 2-4 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness.
