Recipe ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (160 mL) finely diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) ground pineapple*
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) mayonnaise*
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) Dijon mustard*
  • 1 1/2 tsp. (7 mL) dried parsley
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of lettuce
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 sesame seed hamburger buns

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the chicken, pineapple, mayonnaise and mustard.

Add the parsley, salt and pepper. Mix again.

Place the lettuce and slice of cheese on the bottom half of your hamburger bun.

Place the chicken and pineapple mixture on top.

Cover with the other half of the bun and press gently.
