Recipe ingredients
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh dill
- White pepper to taste
- Salad
- 4 cups (1 L) mesclun or spring mix
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1/4 Spanish onion, sliced thin
- 7 oz. (200 g) smoked salmon, cut into strips
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients together.
Divide mesclun among four salad plates and top with avocado, onion and salmon.
Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
Suggestion
Set aside 4 whole slices of smoked salmon. Roll into flowers and garnish each plate with one.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
