Recipe ingredients
- 2 slices Country Harvest 12 Grain Bread
- 1/4 cup (60ml) softened goat cheese with herbs
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup (80 to 125mL) cooked chicken or 3 slices of chicken breast
- 1/4 cup (60mL) roasted red peppers, thinly sliced
- Alfalfa sprouts, to taste
- Salt and ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
Spread goat cheese on the slices of bread.
Evenly place the chicken, roasted red pepper slices and sprouts on
bread.
Top with remaining slice of bread, then cut in half.
Suggestion
It will stay fresh till lunch in a plastic container or sandwich bag or eat immediately.Occasion: Lunch Box
