Recipe ingredients
- 2 5-oz. (150-g) veal cutlets
- All-purpose flour as needed*
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) butter*
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) lemon juice
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
Preparation
Place cutlets on a cutting board, cover with plastic wrap and flatten using the back of big knife.
Season flour with salt and pepper and dredge cutlets lightly on both sides. In a skillet, brown butter over high heat. Add cutlets and cook about 2 minutes per side. Add lemon juice at very end of cooking. Garnish with lemon slices.
Suggestion
For extra flavour, add a sprig of fresh rosemary to the butter before putting in the cutlets.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
