Creamy Linguini with Smoked Salmon

Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) linguini
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil
- 1-250 g pkg Canadian Cream Cheese
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) capers
- To taste pepper
- 1/2 lb. (250 g) smoked salmon
Preparation
In large saucepan of salted boiling water, cook linguini "al dente". Drain and set aside.
In same saucepan, sauté green onion in oil for 2 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta, Canadian Cream Cheese and capers; pepper to taste. Heat through over low heat, stirring frequently. Divide linguini into 4 plates. Garnish with slices of smoked salmon.
