Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles olive oil*
- 2 Irresistibles ciabatta baguette or 4 small ciabatta bread*
- Shredded lettuce to taste
- Red onion rings to taste
- Sufficient quantity, Red Grill Angus cooked roast, sliced each
- Sufficient quantity, Irresistibles Dijon mustard*
- 1/3 lb (150 g) Canadian Brie or Havarti, sliced
Preparation
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms .Set aside.
Slice buns in half lengthwise and reserve top halves.
Layer bottom halves with lettuce, onion rings, roast and mushrooms.
Brush with mustard and add slices of cheese. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is slightly melted. Cover sandwiches with tops.
