Recipe ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil*
  • 4 leeks, trimmed, washed and thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, finely shredded
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) ground coriander
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream*
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) grated cheddar*
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook leeks and celery for 2 min. Add coriander and cook 1 min. more. Add cream and cheddar and reduce heat to minimum, season and stir. Serve when cheese is melted.
