Recipe ingredients
- 1 ripe peach, pitted and quartered
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh strawberries
- 1/2 French shallot
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice*
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) seafood sauce*
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) Tabasco
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) basil, chopped
Preparation
In the food processor, chop peach, strawberries and shallot into small pieces.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
