Recipe ingredients

  • 2 fresh figs, cut in quarters
  • 1 clementine, peel and divided into segments
  • 25 pitted cherries or ground cherries
  • 6 oz. (180 g) Irresistibles dark chocolate*, chopped up
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped gingerroot
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping cream or table cream
  • Anther suggestion wtih exotic fruit 
  • 1 mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 papaya, peeled and cubed
  • 1 fruit star, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) Irresistibles Cayenne pepper*

Preparation

Arrange fruit prettily on a serving platter.
In a small saucepan, gently heat cream with Cayenne pepper. Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes…and the pepper will cast its spicy spell. Heat the cream again until tiny bubbles appear. Remove from the heat, add chopped chocolate and stir until chocolate is completely melted.
