Recipe ingredients
- 2 lbs. (900 g) cubed beef (4 to 6 cubes/brochette)
- Marinade
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Teriaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) grated horseradish
- 1 cup (250 mL) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) current jelly
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Tamari sauce
Preparation
In a pan, combine all oriental marinade ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool.
Put beef cubes in a glass bowl and cover with marinade. Marinate about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the barbecue to medium.
Remove beef cubes from the marinade, drain well and thread on brochettes.
Grill the beef brochettes 8 to 10 minutes, turning from time to time.
