Recipe ingredients

  • 1 bunch of watercress, stemmed, washed and poached
  • 1/4 bag of fresh spinach, stemmed, washed and poached
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) plain yogurt
  • 7 Tbsp. (100 mL) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise *
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tabasco to taste

Preparation

Press the watercress and spinach between hands to extract cooking water.

Chop watercress and spinach finely.

Add other ingredients and mix well.

Taste and correct seasoning.
