Recipe ingredients

  • 8 oz. (about 200 g) top sirloin butt steak
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) commercial marinade* for meat *
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. (30 to 45 mL) commercial marinade* for vegetables.
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) vegetable oil*
  • 1 lb. (454 g) mixed vegetables*

Preparation

Marinate the steak for at least two hours.
In a frying pan, heat the oil, sauté the vegetables 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the steak as desired.
Remove the steak and keep hot while it stands for about 5 minutes.
Add the 2 to 3 Tbsp. (30 to 45 mL) of vegetable marinade.
Correct seasoning (salt and pepper).
Serve steak thinly sliced on the vegetables.
