Recipe ingredients
- 45 ml (3 Tbsp.) butter*
- 4 slices of country bread around 3/4 inches thick
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 3 slices prosciutto, sliced
- 8 large leaves of basil fresh, shredded
- 4 small café mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices of Mozzarina cheese around 1/4 inches thick
- Ground pepper
Preparation
Butter bread on both sides. Put provolone on both slices of bread. Add proscuitto, basil and mushrooms. Pepper and add Mozzarina. Close sandwiches with two other slices of bread. Grill in a sandwich grill until cheese is melted and the bread is well toasted.
