Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 box spaghettini*, cooked al dente
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sliced black olives*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) minced green onions
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped Italian parsley
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Irresistibles Mezzo olive oil*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles wine vinegar*
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sufficient quantity, grated Mozzarella*
Preparation
In a salad bowl toss tomatoes, olives, green onions and parsley with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked pasta.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella
