Recipe ingredients
- ½ cup (125 mL) fruit yogurt
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) vegetable oil*
- 1 kiwi, peeled and mashed
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) liquid honey*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) finely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh mint
- Juice of ½ lime
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate.
