Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) coconut milk
- ¼ cup (60 mL) chopped fresh coriander
- ¼ cup (60 mL) orange juice*
- ½ cup (125 mL) chopped canned pineapple, drained
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) finely chopped lemongrass (optional)
- ½ tsp. (2 mL) garlic powder
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with pepper. Refrigerate.
