Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) farfalle pasta (bows), cooked
- 1 6-oz. (70-g) can flaked albacore tuna in water*, drained
- 1 small apple, washed or raisins
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles cashews*
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Irresistibles extra-virgin olive oil*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles Modena balsamic vinegar*
Preparation
In a big bowl, gently mix tuna into cooked pasta.
Cut apple in 2, and core it with a melon baller.
Cut into thick slices, then cubes.
Add cubed apple and cashews to pasta.
Add oil and vinegar.
Toss salad with soup spoons.
