Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) peanut oil*
- 24 shrimps (size 21/25), de-veined and peeled
- 1/2 red pepper, cut in julienne
- 1/2 green pepper, cut in julienne
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) mirin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles soy sauce *
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) sesame seeds
Preparation
Heat wok and add oil.
Sauté shrimp for 1-2 minutes on high heat.
Add vegetables and cook the same way for 1-2 minutes. Add garlic, parsley, mirin sauce and soy sauce. Finish with the sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
