Recipe ingredients
- 2 pitayas, cut in half, flesh shaped into small balls, shells set aside
- 4 scoops of Irresistibles vanilla ice cream*
- ¼ cup (60 mL) commercially prepared chocolate sauce
Preparation
In each reserved half shell, place a scoop of ice cream and some of the small pitaya balls.
Drizzle with some of the chocolate sauce and serve right away.
