Recipe ingredients
- Sesame oil
- 150 g (1/2) chicken breast cut in strips
- 6 whole shiitake mushrooms, with stems removed
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin slices
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) soya sauce
- 125 g (1/2 container) of Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) 15% cream
- 200 g cooked pasta, to taste: wheat noodles or others, tagliatelli…
- 4 Brussels sprouts
- 250 ml (1 cup) soya sprouts
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) sesame seeds
Preparation
Cut brussels sprouts at bottom and take off all leaves, up to the core.
In a dribble of sesame oil, sauté chicken strips at high heat. Add shiitake mushrooms and red bell pepper, continue cooking for 2 minutes and deglaze with soya sauce. Lower heat to minimum and add Boursin Cuisine and cream to the frying pan. Let Boursin Cuisine melt and stir until smooth. Mix pasta, Brussels sprouts leaves and soya sprouts with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
