Recipe ingredients
- 1 Irresistibles Ciabatta baguette*
- 3-4 Tbsp. (45-60 mL) Irresistibles mustard Dijon*
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) Irresistibles organic honey*
- 2 tsp. (30 mL) walnuts
- 5 pears, washed, thickly sliced
- 4 oz (120 g) Camembert cheese, thickly sliced
- To taste arugula
Preparation
Preheat the BBQ to medium or oven to broil.
Slice the baguette lengthwise.
In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey and walnuts and spread the Ciabatta.
Place the pear slices and top with cheese. Grill for a few minutes, until the Brie melts and the bread is lovely and golden. Garnish with arugula.
