Recipe ingredients
- 1 can (170 g) Clover Leaf salmon, skin and bone removed
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) capers
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chive, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pineapple slices, cut in halves
- 2 italian sandwich bread
Preparation
Drain salmon.
In a mixing bowl, combine capers, green pepper, chive, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Spread preparation into bread; place pineapple slices.
