Recipe ingredients
- 1 package (400 g) of Gourmet à la carte maple, pepper and chipotle seasoned trout strips
- 1 package (350 g) of Gourmet à la carte Quebec pre-cut vegetables
Preparation
In the frying pan, sear the vegetables until tender. Keep warm.
In the same pan, sear the strips at medium-high heat in a small quantity of oil, 1 to 2 minutes. Add the vegetables.
