- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) homemade cranberry sauce
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles red wine vinegar*
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) Irresistibles Dijon mustard*
- This salad dressing is delicious with endives, arugula, radicchio or chicory.
Preparation
Whisk cranberry sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard together.
