Recipe ingredients
- 3 oranges, cut into supremes
- 2 Rio Star grapefruit, cut into supremes
- 2 cups (500 mL) seedless red grapes, halved
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh mint
- ¾ cup (180 mL) low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp.(5 mL) grated lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp.(5 mL) Irresistibles honey*
- Mint leaves to garnish (optional)
Preparation
Place first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, gently tossing to combine. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Just before serving, whisk yogurt, lemon zest and juice, and honey together in a small bowl, and drizzle over fruit.
Garnish with mint, if desired.
