Recipe ingredients
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 cup ½ fresh mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 4 mild Italian sausages
- 28 oz seasoned tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 oz vegetable oil
- 4 packs of Ramen noodles
Preparation
Chop the vegetables. Boil the sausages for 10 minutes. Remove from water and slice into pieces. Sauté in oil until golden Brown. Add the vegetables and cook slightly, keeping them crisp. Add the canned tomatoes. Add the spices, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook the noodles in chicken stock. Reserve 1 cup of stock and add to vegetable and sausage preparation.
