  • 4 cup(s) green and yellow beans

Preparation

Lightly steam fresh green and yellow beans for approximately 3 minutes. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and shalots (3 stalks. In a wok or frying pan add 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil, add garlic and shalots; drain beans and add to mixture in pan; add salt and pepper and oregano to taste. heat for about 5 minutes.
