Recipe ingredients
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) 35% cream
- 10 mL (2 tsp.) lemon juice
- 10 mL (2 tsp.) lemon zest, grated
- 10 mL (2 tsp.) Irresistibles capers, chopped
- 10 mL (2 tsp.) fresh tarragon, chopped
- 30 mL (2 Tbsp.) Irresistibles Life Smart mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, vigorously whip the cream until
it forms stiff peaks.
2 Using a spatula, delicately fold remaining
ingredients into the whipped cream. Serve with fish or seafood.
Pairs perfectly with Salmon Wellington. May be prepared up to 12 hours
in advance.
