Recipe ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles olive oil
- 1 lb. (450 g) Quebec pork strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Dijon mustard or honey
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) balsamic vinegar salad dressing
- 3 cups (750 mL) green mesclun salad
- 1 bunch asparagus, blanched
- 1 endive, with separate leaves
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup (250 mL) cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup (250 mL) cherry tomatoes cut in half
Preparation
Heat oil in a large pan over high heat and brown pork strips. Season.
Add mustard and vinaigrette. Stir to coat the meat and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Distribute remaining ingredients on the plates.
Place pork over the salad, drizzle with vinaigrette and serve immediately.
