Recipe ingredients
- 1 large avocado, diced small
- 1 mango, peeled and diced small
- 1 tomato, diced small
- 1 lime, juice only
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) grated fresh ginger
- Salt and grindings of pepper to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all salsa ingredients. Refrigerate.
