Recipe ingredients
- 3 zest of lemons
- 1/2 cup (200 g) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) lemon juice or the juice of 3 lemons
- 1/3 cup (150 g) butter
- 1/3 cup (150 g) cream cheese
- Fresh Quebec raspberries
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine the lemon zest, sugar and eggs.
Add the lemon juice. Constantly whisking, bring the mixture to a boil.
Remove from the heat, add the butter and cream cheese.
Pour into glasses and refrigerate for one hour.
Garnish generously with raspberries and serve.
Suggestion
If fresh raspberries are unavailable, you may replace them with a coulis of defrosted raspberries, blended in the food processor. If needed, you maya dd a little sugar to the coulis.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
