Recipe ingredients
- 1 (900 mL) container CAMPBELL’S® Organic Vegetarian Vegetable Broth
- 1 can (284 mL) CAMPBELL’S® Condensed 25% Less Sodium Tomato Soup
- 5 cups (1.2 L) fresh (cut-up) vegetable mixture (e.g. carrots, peas, celery, potatoes, green beans, red pepper)
- 1/2 tsp. (3 mL) dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) garlic powder
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) uncooked fusilli pasta
Preparation
Heat broth, soup, vegetables, oregano and garlic powder to a boil in medium saucepan.
Stir in pasta.
Cook at gentle boil until vegetables and pasta are tender – about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Suggestion
To save a few minutes in preparation time, substitute frozen mixed vegetables for fresh vegetables.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
