Recipe ingredients
- Dressing
- 4 tsp. (20 mL) Irresistible balsamic vinegar*
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) Irresistible paprika*
- To taste salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Irresistible extra virgin olive oil*
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- Vegetables
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 Spanish onion, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 cups (500 mL) bean sprout
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all dressing ingredients well.
In a salad-dish, mix vegetables.
Top with the dressing.
