Recipe ingredients
- 16 jumbo shrimps, shell-on
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- Sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Brandy
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil *
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) unsalted melted butter *
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Chili sauce *
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh chervil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
Place shrimp and peppers on oiled aluminum foil.
Mix sauce ingredients in a glass bowl and pour over shrimp and peppers.
Seal foil bundles and cook on the grill for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Open bundles, pour in some brandy and flambé.
