Recipe ingredients
- 16 jumbo Shrimps, shell-on
- Lemon sauce
- 1 cup (250 mL) chicken broth *
- 1 lemon grated peel and juice
- 2 egg yolks *
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) maple syrup *
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) creamy Italian dressing *
- 2 sprigs fresh basil, chopped
- 2 sprigs fresh tarragon, chopped
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
Put lemon sauce ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Place shrimp on oiled aluminum foil and pour sauce on shrimp.
Seal foil bundles and cook on the grill for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Suggestion
To keep shrimp fresh, rinse with cold water, drain and refrigerate in an airtight container.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
