Recipe ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour *
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten*
  • 1 1/3 cup (310 mL) milk
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) rosewater
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) rosewater
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) baking powder*
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) melted butter*
  • 1 cup (250 mL) chunks of fresh fruit (pineapple, kiwis, strawberries).

Preparation

In a bowl, sift flour with sugar.
Add beaten eggs, milk, rosewater, zest of orange and baking powder. Put mixture in the blender jar and mix until smooth.
Stir in melted butter and refrigerate1 hour.
In a buttered frying pan, cook the crêpes.
Fill crêpes with fresh fruit and fold in three.

Suggestion

Instead of rosewater, you can use vanilla, brandy or almond extract.
