Recipe ingredients
- 3 oz (90 g) Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) grated parmesan cheese *
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil *
- 4 slices lightly toasted bread triangles.
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in the blender jar.
Mix until it makes a creamy sauce.
Spread this sauce thinly on lightly toasted bread triangles.
Suggestion
You can use Roquefort instead of Gorgonzola cheese. They are both strong, sharp and peppery.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
