Recipe ingredients
- spinach or leaves lettuce as needed
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) Irresistibles smoked salmon*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) capers*
- 2 onions, minced
- Fresh parsley to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Irresistibles ground black pepper* to taste
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*.
Preparation
Put a lettuce leaf on each plate.
Cover with 3 very thin slices of smoked salmon.
Arrange the capers and onions around the salmon.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley and a slice of lemon.
Season with ground pepper and drizzle with oil.
