Recipe ingredients
- 3 tea bags
- 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) sugar
- 3 cups (750 mL) crushed ice
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) lemon juice
Preparation
In a bowl, steep the tea bags 5 minutes in boiling water with the sugar.
Pour liquid into ice cube trays and freeze 2 hours.
Put the frozen tea, crushed ice and lemon juice in a food processor. Blend until the texture is crystalline.
Suggestion
For a nice dessert, scoop the ice into dessert cups and top with whipped cream and fresh mint.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
