Recipe ingredients
- 3 cups (750 mL) cooked fusilli
- 1 sweet green pepper, in strips
- 1 sweet red pepper, in strips
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) diagonally sliced celery
- 1 fresh tomato, quartered
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 19 oz. (540 mL) canned lentils, drained and rinsed*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) honey Dijon dressing *.
Preparation
Toss ingredients lightly in a salad bowl.
Suggestion
