Recipe ingredients
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 cups (500 mL) extra virgin olive oil*.
Preparation
Put the bay leaf and rosemary in a glass bottle and cover with olive oil.
Macerate 2 to 3 weeks in a dark place.
Suggestion
