Recipe ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) balsamic vinegar*
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh chives
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh parsley
- 5 leaves basil.
Preparation
In a glass bowl, combine all ingredients, then mix in the blender about 2 minutes.
Suggestion
