Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil *
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) 1% plain yoghurt *
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Whisk together oil, lemon juice and yoghurt.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate until use.
