Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) red wine
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) ketchup*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) liquid honey* or brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) soya sauce* or Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Dijon mustard *
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) curry powder
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) coriander
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
Preparation
In a glass bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate until use.
