Recipe ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) 1% plain yoghurt*
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dried oregano
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) extra virgin olive oil*.
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Keep refrigerated.
Suggestion
For a zestier flavour, add a few drops of Tabasco sauce.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
