Recipe ingredients
- 3/4 cup (200 mL) golden corn syrup*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) ketchup*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) soya sauce *
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) prepared mustard *
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) grated fresh ginger.
Preparation
For a lotter sauce, add 5 mL (1 tsp.) Tabasco sauce.
In a glass bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate until use.
