Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter*
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) lemon juice
- 1 lime zest of lime
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Seasoned butters are a classic with grilled meat. Innovate by adding your choice of condiments to butter. The possibilities are endless.
In a glass bowl, cream the butter with a wooden spoon.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Roll butter in plastic wrap and put in the freezer 1 hour until firm.
Remove from the freezer and slice before serving. Place on top of meat.
